Your tasks

As IT Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for the entire sales process and continue to expand our customer network.

  • New customer acquisition & existing customer support - You acquire new customers and develop existing business relationships.
  • Initial discussions and needs analyses - you analyse the IT requirements of our customers and offer tailor-made solutions.
  • Quotation preparation and contract negotiations - You develop convincing quotations and conduct price and contract negotiations up to the finalisation of the contract.
  • Presentation of our IT portfolio - you present our IT solutions professionally and impress with your consulting expertise.
  • Market observation and strategy development - you analyse market trends and develop sales strategies to open up new business areas.
  • Close collaboration with the technical and project teams - you will work closely with our IT experts to optimise the implementation of customer-specific solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced administrators and have the opportunity to gradually take on responsibility in customer projects. You will make an important contribution to ensuring smooth IT operations for our customers.

Our requirements

For the role of IT Sales Manager (m/f/d) we are looking for an ambitious individual with experience in IT sales.

  • Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. in IT or sales).
  • Experience in B2B sales - ideally in the IT or technology sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructures, cloud solutions and network technologies
  • Independent and structured way of working with a high level of customer orientation
  • You enjoy working in a team and communicate confidently in German (at least B2 level) and English, especially in a technical context.
